During my recent gourmet getaway at Hotel Mitterhofer, nestled just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Planai West, I had the pleasure of starting my day at 1,610 meters with a delightful twist - enjoying the rustic parlour atmosphere and savoring the tantalizing egg dishes from Almpfandl. Mr Matthias' legendary scrambled eggs, prepared at the table cooker, left a lasting impression. the kitchen team's dedication to catering to special dietary needs, including vegan options, was commendable. In the evenings, the restaurant seamlessly blended international and regional delicacies in a traditional yet cozy lounge. the artworks adorning the café added a touch of cultural flair to the dining experience. Guests can relish the eclectic culinary offerings from breakfast to dinner, with the perfect blend of classic café and modern lounge ambiance. Hotel Mitterhofer truly offers a unique culinary journey in the heart of the Austrian Alps.
